"Awful local agency. Beware! I’ve had them since 2023 filed one claim that was paid for a new roof after storm damage and they canceled my insurance for having to do exactly what I pay them to do (insure my home). They let me know this information over email and didn’t bother to call. Horrible customer service. Don’t say I didn’t warn you."

"We were with State Farm for the last 3 years but we'll be moving out of the country soon and had to cancel our insurance. Very happy with the service.
We originally switched to State Farm because they could offer us a significantly better rate than Progressive. Not only was the rate better but the service also was great. The view times we needed our insurance the communication was great and we could easily request a rental car while our car was in for repairs."
