"Filled out this agencies contact form on their site, along with other SF agencies, never heard from anyone. Wanting to move on from my current carrier and receive a simple home/auto bundle quote. I took the time to build and download a saved quote as well as my current policies. Teed it up very easily for them to get back to me. As a consumer, it's very frustrating to continue to receive poor service from vendors whom you are trying to give thousands of dollars of business to annually."

"We called Kyle Brock State Farm Insurance Agency to get a quote for auto and homeowners coverage. Kyle Brock and Walter Snow were very helpful, their level of knowledge gave us a great deal of comfort in our decision. They not only answered all of our questions and provided more coverage than our current insurance policy they spent a great deal of time helping us understand the details of the coverage. "I had been with State Farm for 50 years. The girls working for Kyle were great. Don't even ever consider trying to communicate with the agent. He is always with another client or un available to speak with a very loyal customer. I tried for a month to speak with him. So truly it's a shame never have I not been able to speak with my own agent. I would never recommend this young man who thinks he is God. SHAME"

"Kyle Brock will not speak to customers. I had a problem the reps could not solve. I called 7 times. I was told he was busy. I left 7 messages that it was very important. 3 weeks later and still no call back. Had another problem on a house claim. They offered $1,200. Fought them for 7 months with floors and rooms unusable before they settled for $14,000. I fired Kyle Brock and went to All-State. They gave me more coverage for less money. Most importantly the agent answered the phone when I called."
