"I was in an accident on interstate 75. It was a three car pileup. I had just applied my brakes and hit the car in front of me. My car was smoking and just stopped when state farm insurance called to see if I had a wreck. They called the highway patrol and wrecker. Another State Farm man called to find my location and direction for the wrecker. Within minutes I was taken care of and the highway patrol was there. I am amazed at the insurance company who did this. Plus the little modal in my car that recorded my wreck and location. That is an amazing technology that shows my sudden stop. DeweyDavidson"

"Filled out this agencies contact form on their site, along with other SF agencies, never heard from anyone. Wanting to move on from my current carrier and receive a simple home/auto bundle quote. I took the time to build and download a saved quote as well as my current policies. Teed it up very easily for them to get back to me. As a consumer, it's very frustrating to continue to receive poor service from vendors whom you are trying to give thousands of dollars of business to annually."
